My Trip In Pictures (So Far)

by Courtney Sirotin on July 27, 2013

This will be a picture heavy, word light post as it is late but I want to share some cute pictures of Dylan and his cousins. Jay, this post is mainly for you as I know you are going through Dylan withdrawal.

The flight to New Hampshire from Georgia went well. Dylan was excited to fly and took the airport by storm.

He kept himself entertained on the flight with a new Playmobil toy. It was a good plane toy because he loved played it for a long time, but it was a bad plane toy because it contained a zillion little pieces and he kept dropping them on the floor and between the seats.

Everyone gathered at ny sister Kelly’s house, where I am staying, to greet us upon our arrival. Here are Dylan’s cousins:

He was pumped to be reunited with them. They played hard and had fun all night.

The next day we hit up a Wayne from Maine performance at the Rochester Opera House.

Early in the performance, Dylan was invited on stage with some other kids to participate in a song. After that, Dylan kept trying to rush the stage and we eventually had to leave early.

My sister Alana and I took Dylan and Julia to a park after that. We had to kill time before lunch.

Dylan and Julia were super cute together.

You have to check out this video!

This one too, taken later in the day at an ice cream shop.

We spent the next day in Portsmouth. My mom and I took Dylan and Julia to a toy store and then met up with Alana for lunch.

Alana and I walked around Portsmouth after that. It was chilly and I forgot to bring Dylan a coat so he borrowed one from Julia. Being in New Hampshire, no one gave this a second look. He looks nice in pink!

Alana!

Dylan and Julia played on the stairs while Alana and I drank coffees.

We also waked down by the water so the kids could run around some more.

And now for a series of cute pics by the water…

A few people asked if they were twins throughout the day. I can see why!

Even their smiles are similar…

We met up with everyone else at my parents’ house for dinner. Here’s my grandmother, Rose, with Julia and Parker:

The next day all the cousins were together so we took them to lunch and then my dad wanted to get them some tools at Lowes. Dylan and Parker were the most invested in this outing.

But Trevor and Julia were happy to go along for the ride.

We also popped into Kohl’s after that.

Everyone had dinner at my parents’ house again. The kids enjoyed playing outside there for a long time. This amazing sunglasses and lawn chair moment happened…

Julia looks so awesome here. She reminds me of an eccentric bingo lady or something.

Dylan had fun riding on Julia’s bike.

Okay, that catches y’all up to speed! I’ll catch you later for the weekend recap!

I love it! They are thoroughly enjoying themselves! Yes, Dylan and Julia do look like twins! And Miss Julia, sitting in her chair with her sunglasses looks like a miniature ‘Rose’!!!!!
